柴油机缸内传热和气流运动实验方法研究

摘    要:提出了在强迫对流换热条件下,根据实测壁面瞬时温度,计算对流换热气体流动特性,并进行了实验验证.在此基础上,介绍了用快速响应温度传感器测试倒拖运行单缸风冷柴油机缸盖火力面局部瞬时温度以及缸内对流换热气流特征速度的研究结果.

Abstract:The self made high response temperature sensors were used to measure the transient temperature on the inner surface of cylinder wall in I.C. engines.By using the measured results under motored conditions,the gas flow characteristic velocities near the inner surface of cylinder wall can be determined in principle. In a standard pipe, transient gas flow velocities are measured by both the laser method and the method presented in this paper.The results show a good agreement with these two methods. Finally, by using the presented method, gas flow characteristic velocities for heat convection and local transient heat fluxes in the cylinder of an air cooling diesel engine are investigated under the motored conditions.
