摘    要:为更好地打击混凝土结构目标,提高EFP对其侵彻能力. 利用Truegrid建模工具以及Autodyn数值模拟软件,首先对聚能装药双层药型罩形成串联EFP的影响因素进行了研究,并对串联EFP侵彻混凝土介质进行了模拟分析. 仿真结果表明,通过改变双层药型罩战斗部结构,能够调节前后EFP的分离时间,得到串联EFP或前后相连的单一EFP,双层药型罩对混凝土的侵彻性能优于同结构的单层药型罩.

Abstract:Aiming at improving damage ability against concrete structure targets and penetration ability of EFP, TrueGrid modeling tools and Autodyn numerical simulation software were used in this paper, firstly the factors of affecting the shaped charge's double-layer liner forming into tandem EFP were studied, then tandem EFP penetrating concrete medium was analyzed by simulation. The simulation results indicate that the separation time of the front EFP and the back EFP can be adjusted by changing the warhead structure of the double-layer liner, so that tandem EFP and single EFP whose front connects to back can be obtained, and the penetration performance of the double-layer liner against to concrete is better than the monolayer liner in the same structure.
