水轮发电机轴承横向振动响应的时间有限元法

摘    要:研究水轮发电机轴系的横向振动力响应仿真计算方法,考虑了轴系的陀螺效应和轴承参数的非线性,采用基于Galerkin格式的不连续时间有限元法,给出了水轮发电机机组轴系统动力响应的时间有限元计算方法,据此开发了计算仿真程序,进行了实例计算和分析,并分析了各种因素对系统动力响应的影响,该方法可用具有非线性问题的转子系统的力响应仿真计算。

Abstract:Numerical simulation method for the dynamic response of transverse vibration of shaft systems in hydro generators is studied. Gyroscopic effect and bearing coefficient non linearity of the shaft system are considered. Time discontinuous finite element method based on the Galerkin format is used. Method of calculation based on time discontinuous finite element method for the dynamic response of transverse vibration of shaft systems in hydro generators is presented. In the light of this method a computational program is developed and consequently applied on a representative hydro generator as an example. The method given in this paper is thus verified and validated, and can be used for response simulation of rotor systems with non linearity problems.
