承受冲击时汽车座椅结构安全性研究

摘    要:研究在承受冲击时,汽车座椅结构的动态特性对座椅安全性的影响.应用显式有限元方法和PAM-CRASH软件构建了国产某轿车驾驶员座椅骨架总成、座椅头枕骨架及头枕软垫有限元模型,并根据GB 11550-1995的有关规定对座椅结构进行了仿真分析.研究结果表明,座椅头枕在承受冲击时,其软垫材料的软硬程度以及座椅靠背刚度对作用在假头型上的加速度有直接影响.

Abstract:Studies the dynamic performance of automobile seat structure on seat safety during impact. A finite element model of the seat structure and seat restraint system is set up through PAM-CRASH. Analysis on the relationship of seat pillow cushion material and seat pillow dynamic characteristics is performed through impact simulation for the seat structure and restraint system under dynamic crashing using nonlinear, dynamic, explicit code of PAM-CRASH based on GB 11550-1995. It is indicated from the results of study that the features of seat pillow cushion material and seatback stiffness has direct effects on the acceleration of the dummy's head.
