摘    要:介绍了一种新型电磁屏蔽材料:能量选择表面,分析了其屏蔽原理和结构组成,从理论方面研究了能量选择表面在不同辐照场强下呈现的阻抗及入射场强与透射场强的关系,并对材料在连续波和电磁脉冲作用下的防护性能进行了试验研究. 研究表明,在连续波作用下,材料的防护性能随着辐照场强的增大而增强,并且延迟时间随着辐照场强的增大而减小;在电磁脉冲作用下,屏蔽材料对于脉宽较窄的电磁脉冲不具有防护能力,原因是构成材料的二极管导通存在延迟时间,电磁脉冲的脉宽小于二极管导通延迟时间,并提出了相关解决方案.

Abstract:A new electromagnetic shielding material named energy selective surface is introduced in this paper. The shielding theory and the configuration of the material were analyzed. The impedance of the material and the relationship of incident electric field strength and the transmission electric field strength were studied. The protection ability was tested on the effect of continues wave and electromagnetic pulse (EMP). The results show that the protection ability rises with higher of irradiation electric field strength, and delay time that the material has the protection ability becomes shorter with higher of irradiation electric field strength. On the effect of EMP, the material has no protection ability with narrow pulse, because the diode needs delay time to enter conducting state, and the pulse width is shorter than the delay time of the diode. In the end, some solutions are put forward for the protection of EMP.
