叶片前缘后掠对离心压气机性能的影响

摘    要:设计了两个带楔形扩压器的离心压气机,一个为叶片前缘后掠,另一个为叶片前缘不掠式普通叶轮.分别对这两个离心压气机进行内部流场数值计算,比较了这两种压气机性能的差别 ,分析了前缘后掠对离心压气机的性能及内部二次流的影响.比较了19个扩压器叶片压气机与23个扩压器叶片压气机性能的差别.结果表明,叶片前缘后掠使压气机喘振裕度减小;在叶轮进口附近区域,两种叶轮二次流涡系有一定差别.

Abstract:Two compressors with wedge-shaped diffusers were designed.One of them has back-swept impeller and the other with ordinary impeller.Numerical simulation was conducted on the two compressors to find out the difference between their performance.The effect of being back-swept in performance and secondary flow was analyzed.The difference in performance between the compressor with 19 diffuser blades and the other with 23 diffuser blades were studied.The results showed that back-sweptness reduced the flow range of the compressor.Near the impeller inlet,there existed differences between the secondary vortexes.
