摘    要:为提高光锥耦合ICCD成像系统的光响应均匀性,对光锥耦合过程造成光响应不均匀性的机理进行了分析,并用微观图解的方法清晰剖析不均匀性的产生机理. 从CCD光敏元、光锥纤维、像增强器光纤面板输出面的微观结构出发,通过实测图像合成,模拟再现了不均匀性的产生过程,分析了其主要因素,阐明了不均匀度的严重性,提出了通过减小光锥光纤直径改善ICCD的响应不均匀性的解决方案.

Abstract:In order to improve the uniformity of fiber optically coupled intensified CCD(ICCD),its mechanism of formafion is analyzed.A graphic method is adopted to demonstrate how the non-uniformity is caused.The microstructures of CCD pixels, fiber optic taper and intensifier fiber output panel are analyzed.The process of formation of non-uniformity is illustrated by the composition of real images and the main factors contributing to non-uniformity are described in detail.Severity of non-uniformity is revealed,and its solutions proposed so as to reduce the non-uniformity of ICCD by reducing the fiber diameter of fiber optic taper.
