摘    要:针对现代航电系统评价中参数的权重系数难于确定问题,提出应用粗糙集理论对航电系统数据进行挖掘,求得各项参评航电系统性能因素的属性重要度,并进行权值化处理,将其结果作为其权重系数.在此基础上,结合主观赋权方法,提出综合权重的确定方法.对第三代战斗机航电系统电子对抗的权重确定结果表明,该方法有效地克服了传统定权方法的缺点,使评价结果更具客观性,提高了综合评判的准确性、有效性.

Abstract:It is difficult to determine weighting coefficients of each parameters when evaluating the effectiveness of avionics systems.In this paper,rough set theory is applied to determine the significance of each parameter and then shift the significance of attribution to weighting coefficients.Based on the given method and combined with the subjective weighting method,a new synthetic weighting method is brought forward.After determining the weighting of ECM part of the third generation combat aircraft's avionics system,the result showed that the method given above overcomes shortcomings of traditional methods in determining weighing,possesses much more objectivity and improved the accuracy and efficiency of comprehensive evaluation.
