车用油气悬架的外置可调阻尼阀特性研究

摘    要:设计了一种阻尼可调的外置阻尼阀,分析了其工作原理、内部结构和阀元件性能.根据流体连续性方程、运动微分方程以及伯努利方程等,从理论上研究了该阻尼阀的阻尼特性,通过仿真分析了其结构参数对阻尼特性的影响.建立了外置可调阻尼阀数学模型,并通过台架实验对数学模型进行了验证.实验结果表明,所设计的外置可调阻尼阀可实现油气悬架阻尼力的三级调节,能够满足车辆悬架系统动态特性的需求;台架实验结果与仿真结果吻合良好,该数学模型能够正确反映阻尼阀的特性.
