| 摘 要： | 给出数字高程模型(DEM)数据的存储格式,研究如何有效地读取DEM数据,并把它转化为可以被OpenGL图形库所读取的数据格式的方法.在此基础上,研究绘制三维地形涉及到的问题及其绘制原理,给出了利用OpenGL图形库进行地形绘制的简单易行的实现方法,并给出实例.最后,讨论了现存的几种地形简化方法,为解决基于DEM数据的地形实时、快速绘制打下了基础.

| Abstract: | Digital elevation data is widely used in all kinds of fields and it is a common data source for terrain analysis and other spatial applications. Methods of displaying digital fields based on DEM data are discussed. Data format of DEM data is given, together with the method of effectively reading DEM data. A method of terrain display using OpenGL graphical interface is put forwarded. In the meantime, some key points related to the display of 3D terrain are described and an instance using OpenGL is given. Some methods of simplification that can be used for further work are also given. |
