摘    要:针对汽车开发工作特点,提出采用目标分流法进行汽车总体方案优化. 某电动汽车总体设计被考虑为两个层次的优化问题:整车和子系统层次. 在整车层次,电机参数、动力电池组参数、变速器速比及主减速器速比等设计变量通过求解一个针对整车动力性和能耗经济性的多目标优化问题得以确定;在子系统层次,主减速器主动齿轮、从动齿轮有关参数得以优化设计,以实现其所构成的主减速器速比与整车层次所需最佳主减速比尽可能一致. 优化设计结果表明,在满足各种约束条件前提下,整车层次所期望性能指标及子系统层次设计方案可行性均能得以保证.

Abstract:To brake through the limitation of the traditional methods of automobile product development, the contribution of analytical target cascading in automobile product development was studied. The method of analytical target cascading was applied to the electric vehicle development. The design problem of the electric vehicle was formulated as a two-level optimization problem: the vehicle level and the sub-system level. At the vehicle level, the core parameters of driving motor, battery, transmission, and final drive were determined by solving a multi-objective constrained optimization problem, aimed to achieve optimized vehicle tractive performance and energy consumption. At the subsystem level, the parameters of the final drive's driving gear and driven gear were optimized to make the ratio of final drive as close to the target value cascaded from vehicle level as possible. The results show that the vehicle performance and subsystem level design can be optimized currently.
