摘    要:为了解决各种结构多导体传输线(如非均匀传输线)对激励源响应的计算问题,提出一种改进的时域有限差分模型,用于计算不同结构的传输线被独立电压源和外部电磁波激励时的终端响应电压.讨论了导体耦合电容和电感的变化以及终端响应电压的特性.为了验证模型的有效性,对由激励源激励的导体不平行的传输线的终端响应电压进行了仿真.仿真结果表明,传输线结构的轻微不同,其终端响应电压的特性就会产生很大的变化。

Abstract:To solve the responses of the diversified multiconductor transmission lines (such as non-uniform transmission lines) excited by its sources, a modified finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) model is introduced in order to calculate the terminal induced voltage of different configurations of multiconductor transmission lines excited by lumped voltage sources and external electromagnetic wave, respectively. The inductance and capacitance of transmission lines are taken into account for the coupling phenomenon and the behavior of the terminal induced voltage are explicitly discussed. Simulations of the terminal induced voltages of non-parallel transmission lines excited by different sources are operated to confirm the validation of this model. These results indicate that the configuration of transmission lines when slightly changed can cause large discrepancies on the terminal induced voltages of the multiconductor transmission lines.
