| 摘 要： | 本文从运动学、动力学、解剖学、训练学等有关学科的基本知识和基本原理出发，认真研讨蹦床与相关项群项目的比赛规则、技战术特点，仔细观摩近五年国际国内蹦床比赛录像，从而提出了竞技蹦床网上合理技术的生物力学特征，丰富了我国蹦床训练理论和方法．

| Abstract: | Foundational knowledge and principles of kinematics, dynamics, anatomy and training-study have been applied in Trampline. The author discussed seriously the competitive rules and characteristics of techniques and tactics related to trampline, observed carefully the videotapes of trampline races in held last five years in external and internal, put out the biomechanics characters of the right methods of trampline training , enriched the theory and methods of trampline training in our country. |
