摘    要:介绍了一种基于自适应灰色系统理论及模糊控制理论的变电站电压无功综合控制装置.本装置对一定时间后的电压、无功做出预测并进行实时控制.对参数越限进行提前判断和决策,减少了电压、无功的不合格时间.将传统静态区间控制改进为动态分析控制,更好地反应系统的动态特性.应用模糊控制,提高了系统的调节能力和电压质量,保证了系统的稳定性.

Abstract:In this paper, were introduced the hardware and software realization of voltage & reactive power comprehensive controd equipment of substation based on the theory of fuzzy control and adaptive grey.The strategy can forecast the next prospective value for V&Q and do realtime control .Because the apparatus can judge and control in advance,the time of the unqualified parameters is decreased.At the same time, we change the traditional status control into dynamic control and react preferably dynamic peculiarity. Was improved adjust ability and undertaken the stability by using fuzzy control.
