水仙花中绿原酸含量的测定

摘    要:目的:对水仙的花、叶及根等部位的绿原酸含量进行检测.方法:采用70%乙醇超声提取样品3次,用紫外分光光度法测定其含量结果:确定了绿原酸的最大吸收波长为331nm,以绿原酸的吸光度和浓度作标准曲线,得回归方程:y=52103x+0.0047,1R^2=0.9994;测定水仙的花、叶及根的绿原酸含量分别为2.70%、0.90%和0.35%,加样回收率为9989%结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确可靠且稳定性好.

Abstract:Objective:Determination of narcissus flower, leaves and roots of chlorogenic acid. Methods:Uses 70% ethyl alcohol supersonic extraction sample 3 times,Determines its content with the UV spectrophotometry.Results Had determined the chlorogenic acid maximum absorption wavelength is 33Into,Make the standard curve by the chlorogenic acid Absorbance and concentration, Regression equation: y = 52.103x +0.0047, R^2=0.9994;Determination of narcissus flower, leaves and roots of chlorogenic acid content of 2.70% ,0.90%and0.35% ,Canadian recovery was 99.89%.RSD is 0.16%. Conclusion:The method operation is simple, result is accurate and reliable, and the stability is good.
