基于时间分割插补及轮廓误差补偿的精度分析与仿真

摘    要:基于时间分割思想的数据采样插补算法,是根据进给速度将轮廓曲线分割为每个插补周期的进给直线段,以此来逼近轮廓曲线.然后采用轮廓误差补偿的控制算法,由伺服系统进行精插补,补偿粗插补算法所带来的插补误差,并减小插补数据的不连续对跟踪精度的影响.最后根据该算法,利用VC++进行仿真编程,验证该方法的控制精度.
