| 摘 要： | 采用传感器与计算机技术对内燃机性能试验测试参数的数据采集系统的组成原理与方法。内容包括测试参数的误差处理，内燃机试验各测试参数传感器的选择，测试信号的线性化处理、A/D转换及单片机数据采集，单片机及工控机测试软件的编写。同传统的内燃机试验数据采集与处理方法相比，该方法精度高，测试效果好。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the data capture system on test parameters of the internal- combustion engine performances by adopting sensor and computer technology. It includes that the errors treatment of the parameters, the choice of the parameter sensors, the linear processing of the testing signals, the A/D transition, the SCM data capture, and the programming on the software of microcontroller and industry - controlled computer. The method has been proved to-be highly accurate and effective, compared with the tra- ditional data capture and data processing of engine test. |
