N,N,N'N'-四[2-(2-氨基乙氨基)甲酰基乙基]乙二胺的绿色合成研究

摘    要:研究了N,N,N’N’-四2-(2-氨基乙氨基)甲酰基乙基]乙二胺的绿色合成方法.应用分段减压蒸馏方法使产物与溶剂甲醇(MeOH)和过量试剂乙二胺(EDA)分离,在较低真空条件下(0.06MPa).MeOH和EDA的回收率高达98.1%.对较低真空条件下的回收液进行气相色谱定性定量分析,在此基础上尝试了回收液的直接循环使用实验.对经过50次循环使用的回收液进行分析,未见杂质积累现象.该法用于合成N,N,N’N’-四2-(2-氨基乙氨基)甲酰基乙基]乙二胺可省去回收液的分离纯化过程,节能降耗,具有工业应用价值.

Abstract:A green synthesis method of N,N,N'N'-tetra2-(2aminoethylamino)formylethyl] ethylene diamine was investigated in this paper.The method of segment decompression distillation was applied to separate the product and excessive methanol(MeOH) and ethylene diamine(EDA).Under the lower vacuum conditions(0.06MPa),98.1% of the recovery for both MeOH and EDA was achieved.On the based of the qualitative and quantitative analysis to the recovered solution with gas chromatography,the experiments for recycling recovered solution directly were explored.The results indicate no impurity accumulation after the analysis of the recovered solution which was circularly used for 50 times.The green synthesis method shows its potential in industry as it omits the process of separation and purification for recovered solution,saves energy,and reduces consume.
