| Abstract: | This paper discusses the study objects of local geography and the special relationship between local geography and the subject of local geography.It clarifies the fundamental differences between the modern cutting-edge research topics,basic education and higher education in the local geography teaching.It proposes newreform ideas of geography teaching in local colleges and universi-ties. |
