| 摘 要： | 采用文献分析、调查研究的方法，对参加第五届全国城运会羽毛球项目参赛队伍进行了问卷调查和座谈访问，对湖南省羽毛球后备人才培养现状调查以及对湖南安化羽毛球运动学校的个案分析研究，是深化湖南羽毛球后备人才培养模式改革的有效渠道，从理论上完善湖南羽毛球后备人才培养体系，井为决策机构制定方针政策提供参考依据．

| Abstract: | By the methodology of a questionnaire on the sportsmen of badmindton taken the 5^th National City Games and an analysis on relevant individual cases in Hunan Anhua Badminton School, this paper attempts to theorize and perfect the current badminton training system of Hunan and hence to offer reference for relevant suprvisory institutions. |
