盐胁迫对三角滨藜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:通过NaCl溶液培养和海水浇灌处理,研究了盐胁迫对三角滨藜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,随NaCl溶液浓度的提高,三角滨藜种子萌发有下降趋势,但低于140mmol/L NaCl溶液对三角滨藜种子萌发无明显影响;高浓度盐胁迫对三角滨藜的幼苗生长表现出抑制作用;低浓度盐胁迫(低于100mmol/L NaCl溶液培养或25%海水浇灌)则能促进其营养生长.

Abstract:The effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth were investigated in Atriplex triangularis by culturing them in NaC1 solution or irrigating them using sea water. The results shows that the seed germination percentage decrease with increasing of NaC1 concentration, but it is no significant dif- ference when NaCl concentration lower than 140 mmol/L. The hard salt stress inhabits seedling growth, but light salt stress can enhance seedlings vegetative growth.
