摘 要: | 运用Minitab15.0软件提供的响应面分析法,建立了相应的数学模型,优化了制备酚醛树脂型聚合物微球的实验条件,得出了制备酚醛树脂型聚合物微球的最佳实验条件为:温度60.5℃,转速886r/min,反应物料摩尔比4:1,稳定剂浓度3.34%,催化剂用量6.54mL.

Abstract: | The chemical experiment conditions for the phenolic resin-typed microspheres were optimized by the response surface methodology using Minitab 15.0 software. A mathematic model and the optimum conditions were obtained. The optimum conditions predicted for the synthesis of polymer microspheres such as reaction temperature, rotate speed, the mole ratio of formaldehyde to PE (F/P), stabilizer concentration, the amount of catalyst were 60. 5℃ ,886 r/min,4: 1,3.34% and 6.54 mL. |
