摘    要:以乙腈为溶剂,以过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂进行了苯乙烯(St)和二乙烯基苯(DVB)的蒸馏沉淀共聚合研究,制得粒径2-3μm的单分散交联聚苯乙烯微球.结果表明,当单体总量和BPO用量增加时,微球粒径增大,产率升高.当交联剂DVB用量增加时,微球平均粒径增大,粒径分布变窄,产率升高.随着混合溶剂中乙醇含量的下降,粒径分布变窄,产率升高.在其他条件基本相同的情况下,用长分馏柱所得的聚合物微球具有较好的形貌.

Abstract:Distillation-precipitation copolymerization of styrene (St) and divinylbenzene (DVB) was carried out in acetonitrile using benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator. Monodisperse crosslinked polystyrene microspheres were obtained in an average diameter range of 2-3 μm. The results showed that the particle diameter and yield increased with increasing total monomer and initiator BPO. When the crosslinking agent increased, the particle diameter and yield increased, but the size distribution became narrow. With decreasing ethanol in mixture solvents, the size distribution showed a trend of decrease but the yield increased. Microspheres with the best morphology were got using a longer fractionating column when the other conditions were kept constant.
