| Abstract: | Taking Branchiostoma belcheri tsingtauense and Branchiostoma belcheri as examples, the research results of reproductive physiology, embryonic development, larva hatching and so on which made by scientists at home in the last two decades are summarized. It is feasible to carry on the total artificial reproduction of amphioxus in China. |
