| 摘 要： | 本文以VSAT系统为背景,研究了应用VSAT通信实现初级(窄带)ISDN功能的网络构成、采用的技术和设备,以及实现ISDN业务通信的方法.在实验基础上,提出了未来窄带ISDN计划,分析了这种初级ISDN的特点及发展前景.

| Abstract: | Based on the VSAT system, the network structure,employed technique and equipments and implementation of ISDN service in the case of the functions of primary(narrowband)ISDN realized by VSAT communications are considered. According to the experiment, the plan on future narrowband ISDN is given. The properties and prospect of this primary ISDN are discussed. |
