| Abstract: | Two voice packetization schemes based on the features of 16kbit/s speech subband coding are proposed.An ATM voice cell assemble method based on 16kbit/s speech subband coding algorithm and the corresponding cell loss compensation technique are proposed.The computer simulation results of two schemes with cell loss compensation are given. |
