网格环境下虚拟战场模型的研究

摘    要:虚拟现实技术是目前一门较为流行的具有高科技幻想性技术,其目的是构造出一个融合了视觉、听觉和触觉的3维虚拟世界,使用户犹如身临其境;网格计算是一个分布式和并行计算的支持平台,是一种无缝、集成计算和协同环境。文中所阐述的虚拟现实战场就是一个建立在网格计算环境下虚拟现实的典型实例,它充分利用了网格计算环境所提供的强大计算能力,为各网格用户之间的相互感应和实时交互给予了很好的支持。首先从整体上分析该网格的整体框架,得到应用层———虚拟现实战场在网格环境下的设计模型,并在设计框架中给出战场模型的5大子模块,然后进一步详细阐述系统的实现技术和特点,最后对该系统性能进行测试验证该虚拟现实战场模型具有良好的可扩展性和实时性。

Abstract:Currently,VR is a popular technology of high-tech illusion,providing a computer-generated,three-dimensional virtual world engulfing the senses of sight,sound,and touch.Once getting into the virtual world, it becomes a reality to users.Grid computing is a platform supporting distributed and parallel computing,and also is a seamless integrated computing and cooperative environment.The virtual battlefield this paper addresses is a representative prototype of virtual reality based on grid computing,which provides immense computing capability and supports the connection and real-time interaction between each other for every user connected over a network.This paper firstly interprets the whole grid frame,giving the application layer-the model of the virtual battlefield in the grid computing environment.Then it addresses five main modules: multi-user server,multi-user dispatcher,multi-user client,multi-user receiver and database module maintaining the system on the background.Furthermore,it explicitly expatiates on the implementation of this system.Finally the properties of expansibility and real-time ability of the battlefield are verified by testing the performance of the system.
