| 摘 要： | 以电信转售业务产业链为背景,构造了一个电信业务转售供应链模型,并对目前电信转售业务使用的批发价合同进行了研究。研究表明:当运营商的生产能力大于运营商和转售商各自的最佳销售量之和时,批发价合同不能实现该供应链的协调;反之,存在唯一的批发价实现该供应链的协调。

| Abstract: | Under the circumstance of the industry chain of the telecom resale service,we construct a supply chain model of the telecom resale service.The research focuses on the wholesale price contract which is used in the telecom resale service.The result shows that when the capacity of the telecom operator is larger than the sum of resale operator's and his optimal sales volume,the wholesale price contract cannot coordinate the supply chain.Otherwise, the supply chain coordination can be realized by an unique wholesale price. |
