| 摘 要： | 综述了半导体光放大器(SOA)在光码分多址(OCDMA)系统中消除多址接入干扰(MAI)噪声、控制全光分组数据路由的两类应用,阐述了这些方案的原理和特点,并展望了未来SOA在OCDMA网络中的应用.

| Abstract: | It is summarized the application of Semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA) in optical code division multiple access(OCDMA) network,to eliminate multiple access interference and control optical packet router.The structures and principle of some experimental schemes are analyzed,their advantages and disadvantages are also discussed.Finally,the prospects of SOA applied in OCDMA network are given. |
