| 摘 要： | 切换是无线网络最重要的过程之一，切换算法对系统的整体性能是至关重要的。其中最核心的问题是如何实现切换管理，以保证网络的服务质量（Quality of Service，QoS）。IEEE802.16e标准提出了基于OFDMA系统的切换过程，传统的硬切换算法存在着许多缺陷，如资源浪费，切换时间过长和掉话率高等。本文将基于802.16e标准的硬切换算法，针对它所存在的不足做出改进，并对改进后的性能进行了仿真分析，结果表明改进后的算法在平均切换次数和切换损耗概率上面表现出比原来的算法更好的性能，并能有效地减小切换时延。

| Abstract: | The handoff algorithms employed in a wireless mobile network have a significant impact on overall network performance , The core issue among them is the management of handoff, which is aim to guarantee the quality of service (QoS). The handoff algorithm based on OFDMA in IEEE802.16e standard has some disadvantages such as resources wasting, long handoff time delay, high handoff outage probabilit etc.We develop a hard handoff algorithm based on the standard handoff flow in IEEE 802.16e to improve the system performances such as average number of handoffs, handoff outage probability and handoff time delay by computer simulation. |
