丘克电路在大信号作用下的应用研究

摘    要:研究了丘克电路在大信号作用下的工作情况,指出了原有小信号的等效电路未能分析与解释的现象,经计算机仿真,初步找到了在实际研制该电路中常常烧坏晶体三极管的内在原因,从而说明了在此种电路的两个状态转接中,电感与电容的储能所引起的过渡过程是不可忽视的因素。

Abstract:The operating conditions of Cuk circuit under the action of high signal is discussed.The phenomenon occured in low signal equivalent circuit which can not be analysed and explained is indicated. The cause that the transistor was often broken in the experimental study of the circuit has fountl by computer simulation.If shows that the transition process caused by the storage energy of inductance and capacitance in the conversion two states of this circurt is not negligible.
