摘    要:对计算机通信网进行基于时延的流量分配实际是一个非线性优化问题。当计算机网络规模较大时,运用常规方法往往不能实时和有效地解决该优化问题。本文利用一种神经网络模型,求出该问题的最优解,并在计算机上模拟USANETWORK一部分的流量分配,结果表明这一方法是可行和有效的。

Abstract:he computations of the minimum delay and flow assignment of a computer communication network is monlinear optimization problem. Further analysis shows that is can approximate to a quadratic programming program. However,when the computer network is complex,the program cannot be resoved effectively by using ordinay methods.In this paper,a new neural network model featuring hlobal convergence is used to solve the problem.The simulation results demonstrate that the new method is feasible and effective for complex computer communication networks.
