调速水泵的优化选型与运行

摘    要:从对水泵特性曲线的分析入手,研究了调速运行时水泵选型及运行的优化问题.研究表明:只有在选泵和运行调度都合理时,才能达到节能目的;Q—H曲线平缓的水泵更适合于调速运行;系统运行时设定的工作压力应等于或略大于调速水泵高效区右端点的扬程;不同型号水泵并联优于同型号水泵并联。

Abstract:From the analysis of characteristic curves of pumps, study was made on problems about how to select pumps and optimize working state. It was found that in order to save energy consumed by pumps, pumps must be selected and operated suitably. Pumps with milder Q-H curve is more suitable for velocity-adjusting. It was recommended that the working- pressure of the system be equal to or slightly larger than the pressure of right end in high efficiency area of velocity-adjusted pump and it be operated with different pumps.
