| 摘 要： | 2007年横跨深圳香港两地的西部通道项目顺利建成并投入运营,这为深入分析大型跨界工程项目的可行性研究提供了极为宝贵的实证素材.文章根据可行性研究的基本框架和着眼于对比研究的目的,从交通需求、建设方案、环境保护和经济评价4个方面,全面回顾深港双方的可行性研究,针对两地可行性研究的研究过程、数据收集、分析方法和研究结论等部分展开分析,比较二者的异同,提出了相关结论与启示.
