| 摘 要： | 在对供应链物流相关原理及其基本模型进行界定的基础上,阐述了逆向物流与正向物流的关系,分析了诸如顾客、零售商、供应链管理及环境驱动、经济驱动等影响逆向物流成因的因素;构建了基于供应链的逆向物流和正向物流的整合机制;探讨了我国逆向物流的发展及其战略价值,提出正向物流与逆向物流整合机制实现的策略和措施.
