广东连州田心保护区珍稀濒危保护植物研究

应用植被样方法、样线法和核实法对广东连州田心自然保护区的珍稀濒危、国家保护植物进行种类多样性、分布现状和种群规模调查,以期为保护区的建设与发展提供科学依据.结果表明：区内有珍稀濒危植物24科30属30种,其中国家重点保护野生植物18科19属19种,包括报春苣苔（Primulina tabucum）、伯乐树（Bretschneidera sinensis）和南方红豆杉（Taxus waUichiana var.mairei）3种Ⅰ级保护植物；还有连州特有植物连县唇柱苣苔（Chirita lienxienensis）.区内报春苣苔种群数量在全球居首位,伯乐树种群在广东规模最大,可能是起源或现代分布中心,加强对田心保护区的珍稀濒危植物保护具有重要意义.

Studies on the rare, endangered and national key protected plants at Tianxin Natrual Reserves of Lianzhou, Guangdong

Using the vegetation plot quardat method, plot line method, and check method, the plant diversity, distribution status, and population sizes of rare and endangered plants and national key protected plants in Tianxin Natural Reserves of Liangzhou, Guangdong were investigated, so as to provide some basic data for constructing and developing of the natural reserves. Results showed that there are 30 species, belonging to 30 genus in 30 families, including 19 species of 19 genus in 18 families, of which three species Primulina tabuccum, Bretschneidera sinensis, and Taxus wallichiana var. mairei are national protected species of grade I, and one species Chirita lienxienensis is endemic to Lianzhou city. As the population size of Prirnulina tabucum is the biggest one in the world, the population size of Bretschneidera sinensis is the biggest one in Guangdong, suggesting the Reserves may be the original site or modern distribution centers of these species. Therefore, it is very important thing to protect these rare and endangered plants at Tianxin Natural Reserves.
