摘    要:本系统采用一台TP801单板机,自行设计和研制了相应的接口电路及8K字节内容的控制程序。运用模糊控制器原理,通过实际系统的调试总结出一种行之有效的温度与压力控制算法。能够同时控制6台杀菌锅,性能价格比较高;既有数字与曲线的直观显示,又有打印输出,功能齐全:操作方便、灵活,工作可靠。

Abstract:The control system consists of a microprocessor TP801 onwhich are installed a set of interface circuit and an 8K-byte controlling programme designed by ourselves. The principle of Fuzzy Controller has been adopted as the control strategy of the system, and during the systematic debugging a practical for controlling algorithm temperature and pressure has been worked out. the system capable of monitoring up to six sterilizing boilers simultaneously, so its function-to-price ratio is relatively high. The data can be displayed directly in the from of digit and curves, or printed out by a printer. Many other necessary functions are also available with the system. Its operation is convenient, flexible and reliable.
