亮叶杨桐中类黄酮提取及其抗氧化、抑菌作用的研究

摘    要:本文报道从亮叶杨桐中提取生物括性物质类黄酮化合物的工艺,探讨了该提取物的抗氧化和抑菌作用。实验结果表明,亮叶杨桐中总黄酮含量的28.4%。用乙醇提取类黄酮,得率高达97.3%,提取物的纯度为65.5%;用水提取类黄酮,得率为89,7%,其纯度为70.4%,类黄酮提取物浓度为0.06%时,对猪油的抗氧化能力高于0.02%BHT;类黄酮对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏杆菌、枯草杆菌和普通变形杆菌等致病菌均有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:The extraction technique for the bioactive flavonoids from Adinandra nitida Merr ex H.L.Li. and their antioxidative and bacteriostatic bioactivitives are studied. It is shown that the total content of flavonoids in A.nitida Merr. ex.H.L.Li. is 28. 4 %. By use of ethanol as solvent, the whole extractoin rate for flavonoids comes up to 97. 3% and the purity is 65. 5%, whereas by use of water as solvent the rates are 89. 7% and the purity is 70. 4% respectively. It is found that the antioxidativity Of the extracted flavonoids to lard at a concentration 0. 06% is higher than 0. 02% concentra- tion BHT, and that the extracted flavonoids have obvious bacteriostatic action against such pathogens as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus sublilis and Proteus vulgaris.
