摘    要:以经乙醇提取黄酮后的金线莲滤渣为材料,利用响应面法优化多糖的提取过程.在单因素实验的基础上,分别选定液料比、提取时间和温度3个水平进行响应面实验,建立金线莲多糖提取率的二次回归方程,通过回归分析及岭脊分析得到优化组合条件.研究结果表明,当提取过程中液料比为35∶1,提取时间和温度分别为2.2h和83℃时,金线莲多糖提取率的理论预测值为3.42%,验证值为3.47%±0.47%,两者相差不大,提取条件参数可靠.

Abstract:The extraction of polysaccharides from the residue of Anoectochilus roxburghii after extraction of flavonoids was studied. According to the single factor-experiments, three levels of the factors (extraction time, temperature and the ratio of water to residue) were selected for the box-behnken factorial design to establish a quadric regression equation for dcscribing the yield of polysaccharides. By response surface analysis, the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction temperature of 83 ℃, time of 2.2 h and water-pueraria residue ratio of 35 : 1, under which the highest yield of polysaccharides reached with estimated value and verified value being of 3.42 % and 3.47 % ± 0.47 %, respectively.
