摘    要:研究了大白菜子叶培养过程中可溶性蛋白质含量和过氧化物酶 (POD)活性的变化 ,随着组织培养过程中脱分化、再分化的进行 ,子叶中可溶性蛋白含量呈下降趋势 ,过氧化物酶活性呈上升趋势 ,过氧化物酶同工酶带增多 ,表明组织培养过程中形态变化与生理变化紧密相关 .培养基中添加 Ag NO3 对过氧化物酶活性有促进作用 ,并促进不定芽的分化 .

Abstract:In this paper are studied the changes in peroxidase isozyme activity and soluble protein content during culture for cotyledon of Chinese cabbage Brassica campestris in vitro.It has been found that with the dedifferentiation and redifferentiation in the course of culture,peroxidase isozyme activity tends to rise and peroxidase isozyme bands tends to increase--a phenomenon which indicates that there is a colse correlation between morphological change and physiological change.Also,it has been found that the addition of AgNO 3 to the culture stimulates peroxidase isozyme activity and promotes the growth of the adventitious bud.
