| Abstract: | Experiments were conducted on three genomic DNA extraction methods to determine the best one that can both satisfy the requirements of random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)analysis and is the simplest to operate with most rapid and economical effects.RAPD tests combined with electrophoretograms have proved that the method obtained has fairly good DNA amplification effects. |
