纳米TiO2改性壳聚糖抗菌防霉剂用于纸张防霉

摘    要:采用纳米TiO2对壳聚糖进行改性,制备了一种新型抗菌防霉剂,并将新型抗菌防霉剂喷涂于纸张表面,考察日常光照环境下其对纸张的防霉性能。实验结果表明,经新型抗菌防霉剂处理后的纸张具有很好的防霉特性,对黑曲霉菌的24 h杀菌率均达到99.99%,且持续有效。此外,采用AATCC-100法研究了纸张表面霉菌生长情况,结果表明霉菌在抗菌防霉剂处理后的纸张表面不能存活。

Abstract:A novel antibacterial and anti-mildew agent(AAA)was prepared using chitosan modified by nano-TiO2,and the anti-mildew behavior of paper treated with this material was studied under natural illumination.The paper treated with the novel antibacterial and anti-mildew agent showed excellent anti-mildew activity,with the bactericidal ratio of Aspergillus niger reaching 99.99% after 24 h.In addition,the livability of Aspergillus niger on the surface of paper treated with the AAA was studied by the AATCC-100 method,and it was found that Aspergillus niger could not survive on the surface of paper treated with the agent.
