摘    要:研究了石墨在半金属摩擦材料中的粘着和润滑作用和不同含量人造石墨对摩擦性能包括摩擦系数,摩擦稳定性(摩擦系数随温度变化的稳定性)和体积磨损率的影响并与天然石墨进行了比较。由于石墨的粘着特征,石墨可以在一定摩擦温度范围内提高摩擦系数。作为润滑剂,石墨可以通过减弱摩擦材料和摩擦盘表面的粗糙峰之间的直接摩擦而有效降低磨损率。应用模糊综合评价原理,提出并验证了一个定量描述摩擦稳定性的新方法

Abstract:The adhesion and lubrication roles of graphite in semi-metallic friction materials together with the effects of varying contents of natural and man-made graphite on the friction coefficient (µ), friction stability (µ as a function of friction temperature), and volume wear have been investigated. As an adhesive, graphite increases ? in a certain range of friction temperatures and as a lubricant, graphite significantly decreases wear by weakening the friction between the rough surfaces of both friction material and rotor. Based on the principles of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, a new method to describe quantitatively the friction stability of friction materials and the friction coefficient as a function of temperature was proposed and its validity confirmed.
