山茱萸多糖PFCA Ⅲ抗氧化性能研究

摘    要:研究了山茱萸多糖PFCAⅢ的抗氧化性能。利用烘箱法研究多糖对油脂的抗氧化活性,结果表明水提山茱萸多糖PFCAⅢ可有效抑制植物油氧化;利用Fenton反应检测多糖PFCAⅢ对羟基自由基(·OH)的清除作用,当清除率达50%时所需浓度为430mg/L;通过邻苯三酚自氧化反应检测PFCAⅢ对超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的清除能力 ,当PFCAⅢ的添加浓度为100mg/L时清除率为21.5%。

Abstract:Polysaccharide PFCA Ⅲ was isolated from Fructus corni through water extraction, deproteining, ethanol precipitating, DEAE-cellulose chromatography and Sephadex G-200 chromatography. The polysaccharide showed activities of oxidation resistance to axunge and gingili and also showed scavenging actions to hydroxyl free radical (·OH) generated by Fenton reaction and to superoxide anion (O2-·) generated by a pyrogallol autoxidation system. The scavenging activity to hydroxyl free radical was represented by the content of scavenging 50% of all radicals(Ec50).The Ec50 of PFCA Ⅲ to·OH was 430 mg/ L. The scavenging rate of PFCA Ⅲ to O2- ·was 21.5% when its concentration reached 100 mg/L,. The results indicated that it was possible for the polysaccharide to be widely used in the industry of food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical in the future.
