防腐阻燃型玻璃鳞片/环氧树脂涂料的性能

采用双酚A型环氧树脂E-44、固化剂端氨基聚醚D400和玻璃鳞片、锌粉等填料制备了一种厚浆型涂料，通过交流阻抗测试研究了固化剂和无机填料对环氧涂料的防腐性能的影响，并通过氧指数仪和水平垂直燃烧仪测定了涂料的阻燃性能。研究结果表明，用固化剂端氨基聚醚D400固化环氧树脂E-44，涂刷含30%玻璃鳞片的三道面漆，其防腐性能有了显著的提高，涂料的极限氧指数为38%，垂直燃烧达V-0级；并且测试显示涂层有良好的力学性能。

Glass flake epoxy coatings for heavy-duty corrosion protection and fire retardance

A coating was prepared by epoxy resin E44, curing agent Amine-Terminated Polyethers D400 and in-organic filling, such as glass flake, zinc and so on. And the AC resistance of the coating films was measured by EIS, so the corrosion states of all the coatings films were tested. The effect of the curing agent and the inorganic filling to the properties of the anti-corrosion, fire retardance and michanical of the coating films were discussed,the results showed that the properties of the anti-corrosion of the coating with three top-coats containing 30 % glass flake can be improved significantly and fire retardance was tested that LOI was 38% and UL 94 was V-0 and the michanical property is nicer.
