球形壳聚糖树脂对含重金属离子废水的吸附性能研究

摘    要:系统研究了球形交联壳聚糖树脂及分子印迹壳聚糖树脂对去除水体中重金属离子的吸附特性。研究结果表明:壳聚糖树脂交联后,在酸中稳定性增强 ,可重复使用达10次,吸附容量没有明显降低;分子印迹壳聚糖树脂对Ni2+、Zn2+、Cu2+等特定金属离子的吸附容量比非分子印迹壳聚糖树脂提高了1倍左右;同时球形交联壳聚糖树脂与商用吸附树脂相比,两者对Ni2+与柠檬酸镍的吸附容量相当。

Abstract:The adsorption properties of chitosan-chelated bead and Ni2+ template bead chitosan resin for removing some heavy metal ions from wastewater were studied by molecule imprinting mothed. The results show that the chitosan chelated bead has higher stability in the dilute acid solution than the chitosan resin; and can be reused 10 times without an appreciable loss of the adsorption capacity, while the adsorption capacities of Ni2+ template bead chitosan resin for Ni2+,Zn2+ and Cu2+ in solutions are two times that of the normal chitosan resin . In addition ,the adsorption properties of chitosan-chelated bead and some other commercial absorbents for removing Ni2+and Ni2+ in the citric acid were compared .The results indicate that the adsorptiong capacities of chitosan-chelated bead are very close to those of other commercial absorbents.
