摘    要:利用半导体应变片压力传感器。测定了不同操作条件下气-液-固三相流化床内不同轴向和径向位置压强的脉动信号。根据压强脉动信号波形和频域的分析结果,研究了三相流化床不同空间位置压强的脉动特征。发现在一定操作条件下,床层不同轴向位置上压强的脉动特征不同,而不同径向上压强的脉动特征则基本相似。

Abstract:Pressure fluctuation signals at different axial and radial positions of gas-liquid-solid three-phase fluidized beds under various operating conditions have been measured by means of semiconductor pressure transducers. Accordimg to the results of wave form and frequency domain analyses of pressure fluctuation signals, characteristics of pressure fluctuation at different space locations were discussed. It was found that properties of pressure fluctuation at different axial positions are different under specified operating conditions, however these at different radial positions are basically identical in a same cross-section of the bed.
