Φ300玻璃钢环隙式离心萃取器动平衡的实验研究

摘    要:对Φ300玻璃钢环隙式离心萃取器玻璃钢转筒进行动平衡校正实验研究,并模拟工况对该设备进行水力学实验。玻璃钢转筒进行动平衡校正前后,设备负载运行与空载时相比,振动值平均增幅小于8%,验证了转子动不平衡是导致设备振动较大的主要因素;同时,校正后的离心萃取器整体振动值降幅高于72%,表明玻璃钢转子在500r/min下进行动平衡校正是有效可行的。

Abstract:Fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) rotor dynamic balance correction experiments have been performed,and hydraulic experiments simulating the actual work conditions were conducted.The vibration values of the equipment mounting the FRP rotors during loading states,whether corrected or not,increased by less than 8% on average compared with non-loading states,and the vibration values of the equipment when corrected decreased by more than 72% under actual work conditions.Rotor dynamic unbalance was found to be the key factor responsible for violent vibration of the 300 FRP annular centrifugal extractor,and FRP rotor dynamic balance correction was shown to be an efficient and effective solution with 500r/min.
