锶离子在纳米TiO2表面单层分散阈值的研究

摘    要:采用浸渍法制备了表面吸附Sr2+ 的锐钛型纳米TiO2系列样品,通过XRD法和XPS法研究了Sr2+在纳米TiO2表面单层分散的阈值。两种研究方法测得的阈值均为1.0个/nm2,按照密置单层模型计算得到估算阈值为5.3个/nm2,大于所得实际阈值。

The monoplayer dispersion capacity of Sr2+ on the surface of nanometer-size TiO2

Abstract:A serial samples of anatase nanometer size TiO 2 with Sr 2 on surface were prepared by a impregnating method, and the monoplayer dispersion capacity of Sr 2 on the surface of nanometer size TiO 2 was studied by means of XRD and XPS, both of which the capacities determined were 1 0 ions on per square nanometer of TiO 2 surface. The theoretical capacity given by a closely packed monoplayer model was 5 3 ions on per square nanometer of TiO 2 surface, bigger than the practical one.
