摘    要:采用Curl的聚并分散模型来描述旋转填充床内微观混合的情况,模拟转速和流量对一个偶氮化合反应体系产物分布的影响。模拟结果与实验结果的在旋转填充床中液体宏观分布并非完全均匀,在考虑到这点后,二者吻合良好。模拟及结果表明,提高转束及增加流量能促进微观混合。

Abstract:The micro mixing in a rotating packed bed(RPB) has been described using the Curl coalescence and re dispersion model, whereby the influence of rotating speed and flow rate on the product distribution of an azo coupling reaction system was simulated. Model prediction and experimental result tallied well when taking into account the fact that the macro distribution of the liquid in the RPB was not uniform and both showed that increase in rotating speed and flow rate would promote micro mixing.
